Information Letter on Empower Leadership Training Conf on Sept. 22nd

Dear Pastors, Ministry Leaders, and You,

Grace to you. The Long Harbor Southern Baptist Association is personally inviting churches, friends, neighbors, and you to our EMPOWER Ministry Leadership Training Event on Saturday, 

September 22, 2018, from 8:00am - 3:00pm.

The EMPOWER Ministry Leadership Training Event will be held at the Neighborhood Church of Long Beach, located at 3435 San Anseline Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90808. Register early and save! Early registration is $30/person if you register by September 8, 2018. The registration fee is $35/person if you register after September 8, 2018, or if you register at the door. This training event includes continental breakfast, catered lunch from Chick-Fil-A, plus helpful resource information as a take away.

We will begin the event with raising the roof together in exuberant praise and worship because we want your training experience to be both motivational, as well as empowering. You will leave this powerful event not only knowing something about church ministry and leadership, but also fired up to make your worship experience a more vibrant vehicle for God to reach people.

EMPOWER Leadership Conference titles include:

  • “Pastor’s Conference Leader” taught by Dr. Bill Agee (Executive Director of California Southern  

        Baptist Convention).  Dr. Agee will also be our keynote speaker at the Opening Assembly.

        School Training, Nashville, TN)

There are 3 Ways to Register for the EMPOWER Ministry Leadership Training Event:

  1. REGISTER ONLINE: Register early and save! Early registration is available through September 8, 2018 at http://EmpowerLB.eventbrite.com. The early registration fee is $30/person.
  2. REGISTER BY MAIL: Mail the enclosed registration form and registration fees to the LBHSBA at 4508-A Atlantic Ave #101, Long Beach, CA 90807, “Attention: Empower”. Please make checks payable to Long Beach Harbor Southern Baptist Association. Note: Registration forms postmarked after September 8, 2018 will be $35/person.
  3. REGISTER AT THE DOOR: The registration fee will be $35/person at the door.
