Long Beach Harbor would like to partner with you to help your event planning be simple and effective for your Church to impact the community and help fulfill the Great Commission. This Trailer has been a source of evangelism, outreach, & fellowship for our associational churches to use this mobile tool in their neighborhood communities. It is perfect for VBS, Harvest Festivals, Trunk-or-Treats, Easter, Summer Gatherings, or Movie Nights, Car Shows or even Ice Cream Socials, Cookouts and more!

COSTS & SUPPORT
The normal fee of $300 includes all supplies (except for ice), the delivery to the location of your event and the return to storage. Only churches that financially support their association and the Cooperative Program are eligible to use the ET. Church will be responsible to obtain necessary permits from their city, housing authority, etc. They will need to send a copy of permits, confirmation form and certificate of insurance documents to the association prior to their event. Evangelism Events are known for bringing neighborhoods together, creating relationships and providing gospel-centered opportunities for mutual aid when the need arises. Reaching an unbelieving community in a non-threading way, outside the four walls of a church, is an effective way to contact those who do not attend any church. This $300.00 resource accommodates the use of regular ministry services and events that would support our local churches within any irregular guidelines or restrictions regulated toward doing ministry.
