Evangelism Trailer

This Trailer has been a source of evangelism, outreach, & fellowship for our associational churches to use this mobile tool in their neighborhood communities. It is perfect for VBS, Harvest Festivals, Trunk-or-Treats, Easter, Summer Gatherings, or Movie Nights, Car Shows or even Ice Cream Socials, Cookouts and more! LBH would like to partner with you to help your event planning be simple and effective for your Church to impact the community and help fulfill the Great Commission.

GOAL
Evangelism Events are known for bringing neighborhoods together, creating relationships and providing gospel-centered opportunities for mutual aid when the need arises. Reaching an unbelieving community in a non-threading way, outside
the four walls of a church, is an effective way to contact those who do not attend any church. This resource accommodates the use of regular ministry services and events that would support our local churches within any irregular guidelines or restrictions regulated toward doing ministry.

MINISTRY IDEAS

SUPPLIES
The trailer includes bounce houses & blowers, propane grill & tank, snow cone machine with cups & syrup, popcorn machine with popcorn & bags, (6) tables, (12) chairs, (6) canopy tents, a sound system, extension cords, a gas-powered generator and even a portable stage to use in an outdoor setting. We are planning for the future in supplying the trailer with more items to best fit the needs of our church and look forward to partnering more in this ministry.

WHAT IS INSIDE THE TRAILER

Please note: The EBPT is available only to SBC churches, who support their Association and the Cooperative Program.  
 

COSTS & SUPPORT
The normal fee of $300 includes all supplies (except for ice), the delivery to the location of your event and the return to storage. Only churches that financially support their association and the Cooperative Program are eligible to use the ET. Church will be responsible to obtain necessary permits from their city, housing authority, etc. They will need to send a copy of permits, confirmation form and certificate of insurance documents to the association prior to their event.

Each event will require advertising in the local papers, signs and flyers to be handed out by everyone in the Church. The Sunday afternoon before the Event begins, a flyer should be taken to every home in the target area and personally placed in the hands of the people who live there. This personal invitation is the best way to reach your community. The better you advertise, the more likely your Event will draw kids, youth and families. And the more likely your Church will be able to present the Gospel to your community in greater number.
